For those interested in the security of the District, the Harris County Sheriff’s Office has provided some advice on how to avoid auto crime, as well as the opportunity to help solve crime within the District by registering the location of your outside surveillance cameras with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office SafeCam program.

Trash pickup days are Wednesday and Saturday. Please have trash out by 7am.

Best Trash picks up 2 heavy items per pick up day, if placed behind the garage the night before or morning of pick up.

Items they do not pick up are:

• Tires
• Construction debris
• Paint
• Oil

Due to an increase in the City of Houston’s sewer rates, the Board of Directors of the District must increase the District’s base sewer rate from $22.75 per month to $24.25 per month per residential customer account and from $33.75 to $36.00 for 0 to 5,000 gallons and from $3.00 to $3.50 per 1,000 gallons over 5,000 for commercial customers.
